Do As I Say, Not As I Do

I teach a year long freshmen seminar on how to be successful in college.  We cover a variety of stuff, and lately have been focusing on study skills.  This coming from the person who has a midterm in two hours and has studied for a total of one hour?  (And who on top of that is now taking the time to blog about it.)  Hmm, there might be something wrong with this picture.  So as I run off to study, let me remind my students, do as I say, not as I do :) 

For the next two hours I'm embracing my inner Hermione Granger, locking myself away in the library, and praying the knowledge sticks!
